उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने राजनीतिक टीका-टिप्पणी से दूर रहकर राज्य की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा दिया। उन्होंने ‘अटल जी ने बनाया, मोदी जी संवारेंगे’ के नारे को दोहराया और राज्य के विकास के लिए केंद्र सरकार के समर्थन का आश्वासन दिया। मोदी ने उत्तराखंड को 25 साल बाद नई ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित करने का आह्वान किया।
“प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अपने चिर-परिचित अंदाज में भाषण की शुरूआत की और कहा-देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड का मेरा भै बंधु, दीदी, भुलियों, दाना सयाणों, आप सबू तई म्यारू नमस्कार। पैलाग, सैंवा-सौंली। अपने भाषण के बीच में प्रधानमंत्री जी ने जब फिर से गढ़वाली में बोलना शुरू किया, तो इसने लोगों को और रोमांचित कर दिया। प्रधानमंत्री जी बोले-पैली पहाडुं कू चढ़ाई, विकास की बाट कैल रोक दी छै, अब वखि बटि नई बाट खुलण लग ली।”
“प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने भाषण मे पहाड़ के लोक पर्वों, लोक परंपराओं और महत्वपूर्ण आयोजनों को भी शामिल किया। इस क्रम में उन्होंने हरेला, फुलदेई, भिटोली, नंदादेवी, जौलजीबी, देवीधुरा मेले से लेकर दयारा बुग्याल के बटर फेस्टिवल तक का जिक्र किया।”
उत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती पर पहाड़ी ब्रह्मकमल टाेपी और गढ़वाली में एक नहीं, बल्कि तीन बार संबोधन। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी उत्तराखंड की संस्कृति के संवाहक के साथ मार्गदर्शक और अभिभावक की भूमिका में दिखे। ‘अटल जी ने बनाया, मोदी जी संवारेंगे’ का नारा अब दायित्व बोध का रूप धर चुका है। बिहार चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान विपक्षियों पर तीखे प्रहार कर रहे मोदी उत्तराखंड में अलग अंदाज में रहे। 25 वर्ष पूरे कर 26वें वर्ष में दाखिल हो रहे राज्य के स्थापना उत्सव में उन्होंने राजनीति आक्षेपों से दूरी बनाई।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उत्तराखंड से गहरा लगाव है। रजत जयंती समारोह में अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने एक बार फिर यह लगाव प्रदर्शित किया, साथ में लगाव के पीछे की प्रेरणा का जिक्र कर चौंकाया। उन्होंने कहा कि पहाड़ों पर रहने वाले व्यक्तियों का संघर्ष, परिश्रम और कठिनाइयों से पार पाने की ललक उन्हें सदैव प्रेरित करती रही है। केंद्र की सत्ता में आने के बाद मोदी का प्रदेश से यह रिश्ता और मजबूत होता गया।
बदले में राज्यवासियों ने भी उन पर भरपूर प्यार लुटाया। वर्ष 2014 और उसके बाद अब तक मोदी के नेतृत्व में हुए तीन लोकसभा चुनावों में भाजपा ने प्रदेश की सभी पांचों सीट पर जीत दर्ज की है। दो बार हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा ने लगातार दूसरी बार सत्ता पर काबिज होकर सत्ता बदलने का मिथक ही तोड़ डाला। रविवार को अपने संबोधन में मोदी ने विपक्षी दलों पर सीधा हमला बोलने से गुरेज किया।
25 साल के लिए अभी से तय हो लक्ष्य
मोदी ने डबल इंजन के रूप में उत्तराखंड के विकास को मजबूत दी। वर्ष 2014 से अब तक केंद्र से राज्य को मिलने वाली सहायता और केंद्र की महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति से इसका सहज अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है। एक लाख करोड़ से अधिक की विभिन्न परियोजनाएं राज्य में संचालित हो रही हैं। छोटे और सीमित संसाधनों वाले इस प्रदेश में अवस्थापना विकास हो या आर्थिकी को मजबूत करने की चुनौती, मोदी समय-समय पर इससे निपटने का मंत्र थमाते रहे हैं।
रजत जयंती समारोह में अभिभावक के रूप में उन्होंने यह भरोसा दिलाया कि केंद्र सरकार हमेशा उत्तराखंड सरकार के साथ खड़ी है। हर कदम पर सहयोग देने को हम तत्पर हैं। यही नहीं, राज्य के भविष्य को लेकर प्रेरणा से भरे उनके संबोधन में मार्गदर्शक के रूप में उन्होंने अपेक्षा भी की है। कहा, 25 वर्ष के बाद जब देश आजादी के 100 साल मनाता होगा, तब उत्तराखंड किस ऊंचाई पर होगा, ये लक्ष्य अभी से तय कर लेना चाहिए। रास्ता चुन लेना चाहिए और इंतजार किए बिना चल पड़ना चाहिए।
