इसी के मध्य नजर 9 जनवरी को कोल्ड वेव पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया है जिसमें संबंधित विभाग अपनी तैयारी की जानकारी साझा करेंगे, कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री शिरकत करेंगे इसके बाद अलग-अलग सेशन में तैयारी से संबंधित चर्चा की जाएगी इस बात की जानकारी आपदा प्रबंधन परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष विनय रोहिला ने दी है।
