मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य के विभिन्न जनपदों में सिंचाई परियोजनाओं, सड़कों के चौड़ीकरण, मानव-वन्यजीव संघर्ष को कम करने के प्रयासों तथा आपदा की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील जनपदों में संचार सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए कुल ₹160.54 करोड़ की योजनाओं को अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने नाबार्ड वित्त पोषण के अंतर्गत विभिन्न जनपदों में सिंचाई विभाग की 16 योजनाओं के लिए ₹53.68 करोड़ की लागत को स्वीकृति देने का अनुमोदन किया। इन योजनाओं से कृषि क्षेत्र को मजबूती मिलने के साथ ही किसानों की सिंचाई संबंधी आवश्यकताओं को बेहतर ढंग से पूरा किया जा सकेगा।
इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने जनपद ऊधमसिंह नगर की किच्छा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत नगला-किच्छा मोटर मार्ग (राज्य मार्ग संख्या-44) के कि.मी. 4.850 से कि.मी. 12.600 तक के हिस्से को डबल लेन से फोर लेन में परिवर्तित किए जाने हेतु ₹80.63 करोड़ की योजना को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की। इस परियोजना से क्षेत्र में यातायात व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ होने के साथ ही आर्थिक गतिविधियों को गति मिलेगी।
मानव-वन्यजीव संघर्ष की रोकथाम के लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने वन प्रभागों को आवश्यक उपकरण उपलब्ध कराने एवं संबंधित तात्कालिक कार्यों हेतु SDRF से ₹11.00 करोड़ की योजना स्वीकृत करने का अनुमोदन दिया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, आपदा की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील जनपद पिथौरागढ़, चमोली, रुद्रप्रयाग, उत्तरकाशी एवं बागेश्वर में पुलिस संचार नेटवर्क को उन्नत किए जाने हेतु SDRF से ₹15.23 करोड़ की योजना को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। इससे आपदा के समय त्वरित संचार एवं राहत कार्यों में प्रभावशीलता सुनिश्चित हो सकेगी।
