मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों को निर्देशित किया कि “प्रशासन गाँव की ओर अभियान” के तहत केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदेश के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सुनिश्चित रूप से पहुँचाया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि 17 दिसम्बर 2025 से आगामी 45 दिनों तक प्रदेश की सभी न्याय पंचायतों में चरणबद्ध रूप से बहुद्देशीय शिविरों का आयोजन किया जाए। इन शिविरों के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जाकर आमजन से आवेदन प्राप्त किए जाएंगे तथा पात्र व्यक्तियों को विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभान्वित करते हुए उनकी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया जाए तथा बड़ी न्याय पंचायतों में आवश्यकता के अनुसार एक से अधिक शिविर आयोजित किए जाएँ। शिविरों में केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी जाए ताकि कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति लाभ से वंचित न रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि शिविरों के बाद अधिकारियों द्वारा निकटवर्ती गांवों का भ्रमण कर पात्र लाभार्थियों से आवेदन भरवाए जाएँ और योजनाओं से वंचित लोगों की पहचान कर कमियों को दूर किया जाए। शिविरों के आयोजन से पूर्व व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करते हुए न्याय पंचायत के सभी निवासियों को कम से कम 3–4 दिन पूर्व सूचना दी जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक सप्ताह आयोजित होने वाले किसी एक शिविर में जिलाधिकारी की अनिवार्य उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाए, जबकि अन्य शिविरों में वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उपस्थित रहें। नामित विभागों के अधिकारी शिविरों में उपस्थित रहकर जनसमस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने जनप्रतिनिधियों की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताते हुए शिविरों में उनकी शत-प्रतिशत उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम का विधिवत पंजीकरण, लाभार्थियों की संतुष्टि को प्राथमिकता तथा कार्यक्रमों की साप्ताहिक प्रगति आख्या मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय, मुख्य सचिव कार्यालय एवं सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग को उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।
